Shipment, Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

New Life Nutritional Health Coaching
Adventure Ric — Promoting Optimal Health One Cell at a Time

1. Overview

At New Life Nutritional Health Coaching, all coaching services, programs, and consultations are digital, appointment-based, or delivered in person through scheduled sessions. We currently do not ship or deliver physical products. All fulfillment is managed through our coaching platform, secure client communication, or scheduled health appointments with Adventure Ric.

 

2. Fulfillment of Services

  • Coaching Sessions: Upon confirmation of payment, you’ll receive an email or text confirmation with your scheduled session time and meeting details (in-person, Zoom, or phone).
     

  • Assessment Forms & Digital Materials: All forms, assessments, and educational materials will be delivered electronically via email or secure online link within 24–48 hours of your registration or consultation.
     

  • Program Access: Enrollment in any nutritional or fasting program grants you immediate access to your plan details, instructions, and Adventure Ric support materials once payment is confirmed.
     

 

3. Delivery of Coaching and Consultations

  • In-Person Sessions: Conducted at pre-determined locations or wellness events scheduled by Adventure Ric.
     

  • Virtual Sessions: Conducted through a secure video platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or other agreed method).
     

  • Session Timeliness: Please arrive on time or log in promptly at the start of your scheduled session. Late arrivals may shorten your session to respect other clients’ time.
     

 

4. Digital Product Delivery

For any digital plans, guides, or assessments:

  • Files are sent via email link or secure download immediately upon purchase or within 24 hours.
     

  • If you do not receive your materials, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact Adventure Ric directly at 952-210-4831 or NewLifeNutritionalHealthCoach@gmail.com for prompt resolution.
     

 

5. Delays or Technical Issues

While delivery delays are rare, technical interruptions can occur. If your materials or confirmations are delayed:

  • Notify us immediately.
     

  • We’ll verify your order and re-send your materials within 24 hours.
     

  • All issues are handled promptly and personally by Adventure Ric to ensure you stay on track toward your health goals.
     

 

6. No Physical Shipments

Currently, New Life Nutritional Health Coaching does not sell or ship physical items such as supplements, kits, or apparel.
All fulfillment pertains strictly to digital content and coaching services designed to promote optimal cellular health, hydration, and performance.
